Shopping for Basics...

... has been a nightmare!!!
I, usually, get my  basic vests from Topshop but they don't seem to be doing the model that I like anymore; I still have a black and a red ones but they are few years old and I wanted some light colours to wear underneath these blouses.
Anyway, I tried the ones they have in store now and they are so ill-fitted... very uncomfortable and too long.
I, also, popped in Dorothy Perkins, New Look but no luck... and ended in H&M where they have a huge variety... so I might have gone a bit overboard! ;P

This is a perfect colour match for the pearl details blouse from the link above...

I liked the strap details of these ones... this charcoal colour is really beautiful, kinda of shiny... and you'll always need a white vest!

Finally, these vests were 3for2 - again, pretty lace details on the shoulders... and colours that will go nicely with everything in my wardrobe.

Seriously, if you're looking for vests, I'd recommend to check H&M... there are plenty of colours and different styles... and cheap, too!
Where do you buy your basics? :)

  2. I love vests with a little bit of lacy detailing on them, even if I'm wearing them underneath things I like to know they're still pretty :P x
