I receeived a voucher from Emerald Street (which is the new website from Stylist magazine) for trying Murad Exfoliating Mask; I've heard lots of good things about this brand so this was good chance to give it a go.
Now, I thought the voucher was for a sample, instead it was for a full size pack, including 6 treatments. I also ordered some body cream ( I know I just stocked up on these but I use them morning & night so I will fast go through them).

P.s.: they also sent me plenty of samples - kudos on customer care!

EasterTreat

Easter bank holiday is here and as expected the high street is treating customer to the usual series of promotion and discount... And am I a fool to not take advantage of it? ;)

First stop, Boots with 3x2 on make up: Maybelline eye studio lasting drama gel eyeliner 24H - I've heard good things about this, especially about the brush; at the moment I'm using a clinique gel liner but £5.99 for this one, I reckon is worth trying.

Revlon super lustrous lipstick in Cherries in the snow - simply an iconic shade missing from my kit... Apparently a Marylin Monroe favourite too.

Collection2000 extreme mascara in purple - nothing special to add, just wanted to get one for a while, still not sure I chose right shade (should maybe go it in plum) but was the 'free' item anyway.

Also: Rimmel colour mousse 8H in sassy - versatile eyeshadow in an amazing colour which looks very expensive.

Bourjois blusher in Lilas d'or - recently fell in love with these sweet pots. Colour, smell, packaging <3 <3 could easily buy them all, product is also really good quality, nice to blend. Barry M nail paint - ok, bit explanation about that, just look at picture below. It's the crackle/shatter effect by OPI and China Glaze but cheaper. I just tried it on on top of coral and loving it, surprise at how much I'm liking it really. Let's just wait and see if pass test of time.

Onto Debenhams now that was doing 10% off (on top I had a £5 voucher from my loyalty card): Lancome L'absolu Nu in Coral Evanescent and Rouge Nu - first coral lipstick that was on my wishlist, really lovely and flattering; second is a sheer red, as you can see doesn't stain a lot but can be built up, quite fun really.

Yves Saint Laurent

Received delivery from net-a-porter this afternoon - in the iconic White box (btw, glad they sent me this one as I've already got the black one) was my YSL Arty ring I love it, not surprisingly!

Initially I wanted it in coral but couldn't find it in stock in UK and didn't want to spend a fortune getting it from the States. I'm happy with my choice now: I went for the lapis one - the stone is a deep blue colour with gold fragments. Tres chic!

Also, got it with free delivery.

Postman always rings twice

Nothing creep guys, hehe - got a second delivery today, just a bunch of body products bought in stock from abroad.

- ROC i've used them before and I know they works, can really see a difference on my thighs and bum;
- Dove don't think these have been release in the UK, so any comment is welcome. One is firming and the other for bust area - I find it so hard to find chest cream in Great Britain and use it twice a day so I also got one from No 7;
- finally Sally Hansen lately I've really rough cuticles and ridges on my nails so I thought I have a specific product a go.

Update 24/04/11: nail and cuticles cream seems to work; can definitely see an improvement after one application.

Hello guys, how's going... Went in town today, just browsing around and I spotted this wee necklace in Topshop. Its just perfect: i was looking for an understated chain with natural material, like coral and turquoise.
Love the semi-precious classification of the stones - will happily pair it with this ring

Also, i had two coupons for £9 off in total to try these new lines of skin care in Boots; I picked up a Boots Aqua hydrating eye cream and F-A-B facial radiance pads.

Now, I still have some products that I'm currently using so these are for back up but will let you know if they're any good :)

Topshop' Cameo Set

I bought this necklace in Spring 2008; I got to say I haven't worn it much mainly because I don't have any other accessorise that goes with it...then...

...then a couple of weeks ago I spotted a similar bracelet on a YouTube video but I never saw it and wasn't sure if I could still find it in store, so I started to look for it on eBay and quickly found one for around £3... Score!!! :D
