Got the earrings from Urban Outfitters last summer, but couldn't find the necklace in store; considered ordering it on the US website, but arrived too late. Gutted.

So I found the necklace today in Accessorize today... it's not a perfect match, but close enough... plus just a fiver. Hurrah!!! =)

Tarina Tarantino Russian Nouveau Cameo Necklace

here's my first Tarina Tarantino piece. I didn't want a traditional pink head item, also I LUVVV the nesting dolls theme; the chain is 16" long and has got swarovski crystals all around the cameo. It's quite pretty.

I'm truly quite impressed, the quality is good and I'm considering getting another item: I want an item from the Wizard Of Oz collection (Wicked Witch or Dorothy), but it really went sold out straight away, before Christmas. Ebay to the rescue! =P

Went to River Island this morning to grab a pair of floral tights: there were a few on sale, but the only print I liked were a pair of over the knee socks. I figured I could still wear them with the Topshop' blue striped mid lenght skirt. Also got a blue wallet!

never actually saw this in any Topshop store but just online... it was £25 about 6 months ago, but got it for £7 on ebay.
It is quite bigger than expected, but still a nice vintage style necklace (and cheap).

Urban Outfitters - D&G

Urban Outfitters Deux Lux Transformer Duffel Bag

I liked this bag when I first saw it a couple of months ago and I'm glad I got it for sale today; it has an innovative wraparound zipper that collapses from duffel to a small purse.

But what is most pleasing is the remarkable similarities with the new D&G must-have bag: Vilma from the spring/summer '09 collection.

I fell in love with the Swatch Taloo Collection when in Barcelona last summer: I was looking for a souvenir to take home, but at the end Richard got me a one of a kind opal cuff. So, I got it now, 8 months later, and on sale.

looking for the matching earrings too, but they seem out of stock everywhere =(

TATE DIVINE!!!

I haven't got any other Tatty Devine jewelry; honestly, I think that they can be a bit too pricey (considering it's just plastic!) and also some pendants are too big (and quite tacky)... but I also like most of them: for example this bracelet is from the collection exclusively for the Tate Gallery, so I love the idea of the pantone... also I like that the charms come off, so you can also wear just one colour, if you want.

Also, popped in Topshop in the afternoon 'cause the new Kate Moss collection came out today but didn't buy any item from it; instead I got this cute LACE BACK VEST:

I love these shoes... saw them in Office for ages and tried to buy them when they were on sale but they didnt' have my size. =(
Found them on ebay for £2.99 last week; they are a size bigger but I don't mind, also they have never been worn. Sweeet!

I remember wearing the Superga since I was a wee girl, and now worn also by the Gallaghers, they're becoming another one of those "must have"; get there first and get a pair (before they become overpriced).

all my Converse are falling to pieces; the first pair, the red ones, are from 2002; they have holes on the heel and they look more orangy than red now. The pink are from 2004 and the colour is really faded. The black and fuschia, bought in Cardiff in 2005, have holes on the ball of the feet so everytime it rains my socks end up soaking; I'm considering buy another pair 'cause they are my fave! The teal pair are allright because I haven't worn them a lot (2007).

You've Got Mail

I received the package from my parents today! It's always great to get stuff from home... even just biscuits or jam or cheese, it really makes my day; then my mum always puts something special, limited edition... so it's also a surprise too.
I'm always looking forward to these gifts from home... and when I know the pack is on his way, I count the 48 hours before it gets here. =)
