Make up/foundation

These are the foundation have been trying lately:

Dior Forever: I'm not liking - it looks very cakey.

Maybelline The Eraser: there's been a lot of hype around this one before it came out; I got it in Boots on new release promotion, probably 4/5quid off. I'm like this one: really pleased with colour, coverage is also good without being too heavy. The only thing I'm not a an of is the applicator; I think you waste a lot of product in the actual sponge and would be bette to be able to unscrew it.

Picked up this wee vest from Topshop today. I like the print, feels romantic and old fashion; also colours combination of brown & coral is going to be a big trend this spring. Maybe, I just wish it wasnt cropped.

HUNTER WELLIES

I needed a pair of new boots as my UGG are not as waterproof and all the recent snow has been taking his toll; I decided i needed to get them in red (as the other pair are pink/purple) but couldn't find a shade i was happy with.
At the end, I decided to go with navy as it's going to be just as easy to colour match.

I love them: they're really comfortable and - I know they are only rubber wellies - but the quality IS far superior and the attention to details makes all the difference why they've become the brand to buy!
Also, I was happy to get a scottish product, living in Scotland and being engaged to a scotsman. ;)

Shade/Turquoise

My favourite colours are in the region of reds & pinks - but if I need to go with blues and greens, I gravitate towards turquoise.
I fell in love with this ring from Topshop. I like the veins on the semi-precious real stone and it reminds me of a ysl piece; I usually prefer rings with slim band but this is really comfortable.

The nail colour I'm wearing is from Lancome and bought it around 6 years ago; I don't really like it to be honest, I don't think it suits my hands (if it makes sense) but I thought to give it another chance to match it with the ring.
I still don't like it!
In all fairness thou, it didn't dry after all these years but still I wouldn't spend £15+ on nail polish again.

Saldi di Santo Stefano

so i was already planned to do my Boxing Day sale shopping online, unfortunately all websites decided to start it on Christmas Eve and when I checked in the afternoon of the 24th many lines were already sold out... ragging!!!!!!!
thats was I had to get up early on the 26th and pop into town and try my luck... it was nearly a quest since trains weren't running and the pavement everywhere was trasformed into ice.
I had mainly only 1 thing in my wishlist and as soon as i got off the bus, i went straight in House Of Fraser - and yappy!!!!! got it!!!! it was definitely worth the early start... :)

Paul Smith Caelia Bag

isn't it a beauty!!!!!! i adore everything about it: colour, studding, shoulder chain with leather pad, 2 compartments and its just the right size.
it was £350 originally so no way i was going to buy it, but got it for half price - quite pleased with that! :)
